you need :
    *  USB doctor and Loader
    *  18650 charging module
    *  18650 battery holder
    *  USB female holder

first, you need fully charge 18650 battery and connect USB doctor and check USB doctor display.press and hold the button in USB doctor for reset 0.now you connect usb loader and wait few hours for fullydischarge. after discharge, battery removes USB doctor and connect any USB device like power bank or power source. you could see the capacity of the battery and do this each battery.
